- What is an agent execution hour?
- An execution hour measures the time agents actively spend carrying out work — researching, drafting, classifying and updating records. It is not an estimate of human time saved; those are separate measures.
- Do all brands and campaigns share the allowance?
- Yes. All agent work across every brand and campaign in your account draws from the same monthly execution allowance. Using fewer brand spaces does not increase the allowance.
- What does simultaneous task capacity mean?
- It is how many agent tasks can run at the same time. Additional tasks wait in line until a slot frees up.
- What happens when I use my included hours?
- You can add a capacity pack or upgrade your plan at any time. There is no automatic overage billing. We will publish the details of what continues before launch.
