These terms govern your access to and use of the ProspectLift website and application. ProspectLift is operated by Delaro Labs. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. A workspace administrator controls membership, roles and permissions, and is responsible for the actions of the members they invite.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown on our pricing page. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice before your next renewal.
Acceptable use of outreach
You agree not to use ProspectLift to:
- send outreach without a lawful basis under the laws that apply to you;
- ignore unsubscribe, suppression or do-not-contact requests;
- misrepresent your identity, sender address or affiliation;
- send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content;
- upload records obtained in breach of another party's rights or terms;
- circumvent sending limits, budgets or capacity controls in the platform.
You are the controller of the prospect data you process through the service and remain responsible for the messages you send.
Connected accounts and third-party services
The service integrates with third-party providers you choose to connect, including email providers, social platforms, enrichment services and AI providers. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and you are responsible for charges they bill you directly. Spend figures shown in ProspectLift cover the activity ProspectLift initiates and do not represent your full provider bill.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and transmit it in order to operate the service for you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or remove features. Where a required scheduler, connector or provider is unavailable, the platform reports a blocked state rather than a false success.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these terms, or use that risks harm to other customers, sending infrastructure or third parties. You may stop using the service and close your workspace at any time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant any particular commercial outcome, reply rate, meeting volume or pipeline result from your use of the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and communicated to workspace administrators where appropriate.
