This policy explains how ProspectLift ("we", "us") handles information when you visit this website or use the ProspectLift application. ProspectLift is operated by Delaro Labs.
Information we collect
- Account information. Name, work email address, organisation and role details you provide when creating or joining a workspace.
- Customer records you upload. Prospect and company records you import, discover or enrich inside your workspace, including contact points and custom fields.
- Connected account data. When you connect a Gmail, Microsoft or social account, we store encrypted access tokens and the message metadata and content needed to send outreach and classify replies.
- Usage and audit data. Actions taken in the workspace, attributed to the person or agent that performed them, plus technical logs needed to run the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the platform: storing your records, sending the outreach you configure, classifying replies, running pipeline and automations, tracking spend you initiate, securing accounts, supporting you, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your customer records to train models for other customers.
Connected mailboxes and social accounts
Access to a connected account is limited to what the features you enable require. Tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect an account at any time, which revokes our continued access.
AI providers
Where you connect your own AI provider (such as OpenAI, Anthropic or xAI), content you submit for research or drafting is sent to that provider under your account and their terms. We record the spend we initiate on your behalf.
Service providers
We share information with infrastructure and service providers who process it on our behalf — hosting, database, email delivery, enrichment and verification, and error monitoring — under contracts that limit their use of it to providing those services.
Data retention
We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active. When a workspace is closed, we delete or anonymise its data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Security
Workspaces are isolated at the database level, access is governed by roles, and sensitive credentials such as mailbox tokens are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers of an incident where required.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Prospect data and your responsibilities
When you use ProspectLift to contact prospects, you are the controller of that data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the outreach you send, honouring unsubscribe and suppression requests, and complying with the marketing and privacy laws that apply to you.
Cookies
This website and the application use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
Changes
We may update this policy as the platform develops. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, communicated to workspace administrators.
